This collaboration opens the possibility of marketing any of our wines using the image of the team and its members.

Without aging. Extraction of the must after cold maceration with the skins. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16ºC to safeguard the varietal aromas. Once fermentation is complete, a prolonged maceration with fine lees begins.

Alcohol: 13% Vol.

Serving temperature: 8-10 ºC

Greenish yellow, clean and bright.

Tropical fruit aromas, mango, pineapple, kiwi, mixed citrus such as lime and grapefruit. Aromas of green fruit and herbal touches that give way to a certain mineral character.

Fresh and powerful entry on the palate, which enhances the citrus and mineral flavors. Pleasant acidity provided by the Sauvignon Blanc, in addition to the creaminess provided by the Garnacha Blanca.

White fish and seafood, lightly structured dishes, rice, pasta and potatoes.
