Tempranillo

Own vineyards located in Eastern Rioja, in a clay- calcareous soil, 400 m above sea level. Organic farming for over 30 years. Vineyards of small production and high quality. The climate is Mediterranean with some Atlantic influence and an average rainfall of 450 l/m2.

This wine is made with the very best clusters. Made with grapes from calcareous-clay soil in our vineyards. We carefully choose the best grapes to take to the winery where they are fermented at precise temperatures seeking slow kinetics and the best blend of aromas and colour. Manual harvesting. Aged for 15 months in new French oak barrels.

Degrees: 14,5% Vol.

Serving temperature: 15-16 ºC

Intense ruby colour with beautiful purple hues.

Complex aroma and powerful palate, with an interesting mix between aromas of the variety and aromas of fermentation and aging.

Complex, powerful and elegant palate. Ready for a long life in bottle.

Nouvelle Cuisine, goat cheese, ethnic and spicy food along with the mre traditional stews, game and grills.
