Vineyards located in Eastern Rioja, above 400 -450 m sea level, enjoying the fresh breezes from Sierra de Urbasa in its maturation process.

The soils are slime and clayey, with alluvial boulders sun facing. For over 30 years in organic farming.

The fermentation process is carried out at a controlled temperature, carrying out several pumpings over and delestage to favor its aromatic and color sensations. With its own organoleptic characteristics, as a result of the contribution to the Tempranillo grape of other indigenous varieties of Rioja, Graciano and Garnacha.

Aged 15 months in French oak barrel and 10 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 14,5% Vol.

Serving temperature: 15-16 ºC

Cherry red, with shingle tones and high layer

Red fruits and sensations of vanilla and coconut, with great personality.

It has a Friendly mid palate, highlighting the perfect assembly between wood and fruit giving it a complexity that makes it interesting.

Game dishes, red meats, bluefish and blunt legume stews.
