Tempranillo, Grenache, Graciano

Own vineyards located in Eastern Rioja, in clay- calcareous soils, with gypsums, marls and alluvial boulders. Between 400 and 500 m above sea level. Organic farming for over 30 years. Vineyards of small production. We obtain untuous wines.

The climate is Mediterranean with some Atlantic influence and an average rainfall of 400 l/m2.

Traditional elaboration, minimizing the presence of sulfur dioxide and obtaining as a result a natural wine, respectful with the environment.

Fresh, aromatic wines that are slightly carbonic from their maceration. These fresh aromatic wines have a gentle silky taste that bursts into countless ethereal sensations and calms our spirit and soul.

Alcohol: 14,5% Vol.

Serving temperature: 13-14 ºC

Cherry red with hints of violet and an intense layer of colour. Clean and bright.

Ripe juicy red cherries, red raspberries, cherry tomatoes and new leather. whole black pepper corn, raw meat and dried herbs such as lavender, thyme and bay leaf. The nose is deep and dense.

In the palate Ripe cherry fruit in the attack with a core of spice and herbs. Ripe tannins and refreshing acidity. Quite long finish with grainy tannins and dense ripe fruit lingering.

Barbecue, white meats, stews, cold meat, poultry and fat fish.
