WHITE GRENACHE AND Sauvignon Blanc

Our own vineyards located in Eastern Rioja, which we have been cultivating with Organic Farming for more than years and from which we obtain low production when making natural treatments, in a soil of silts and clays.

Cold wood next to the skins. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16°C, retaining the most volatile aromas in fermentation resulting in a wine with high intensity aroma and an exquisite palate that they make him the delight of the last drink.

Alcohol: 8-12% Vol.

Serving temperature: 13 ºC

Bright and young greenish yellow.

High aromatic intensity, tropical notes of pineapple, passion fruit and white fruits like apple and pear, without neglecting the subtle vegetable and citrus notes of Sauvignon Blanc.

Full-bodied, unctuous, balanced and without edges with a smooth and elegant mouth step, tasting a more creamy and round wine.
