Sauvignon Blanc and White Grenache

Own vineyards located in Eastern Rioja, facing north- south, in a slime and clayey soil, in organic farming for over 30 years. Vineyards of small production. We obtain untuous wines.
The climate is Mediterranean with some Atlantic influence and an average rainfall of 450 l/m2.

Coupage of Sauvignon Blanc 50% and White Grenache 50%. The must is removed after a cold maceration with skins, decanting for cold in stainless Steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation in French oak, light toasted and fine grain, new barrels at 16ª C, carrying out a natural slow process. After fermentation the ageing over lees takes places for around 6 months.

Alcohol: 13% Vol.

Serving temperature: 10-12 ºC

Pale yellow with light greenish iridescence.

High aromatic intensity and great complexity. Aromatic balance of tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple with floral notes, white Stone fruits and nuts, along with a citrus and herbaceous background. Subtle notes of peach and apricot brought by the winemaking and ageing.

Unctuous, large volumen in the mouth. Acidity very well balanced and compensated with the sweetness of the tannin characteristic of the variety.

Ideal for appetizers and desserts, pates, all kinds of cheeses, nuts, rices as well as fish and seafood.
