Own vineyards located in Eastern Rioja, in a slime soil with alluvial boulders, 400 m above sea level. Outstanding sun exposure. Organic farming for over 30 years. Vineyards of small production and high quality. The climate is Mediterranean with some Atlantic influence and an average rainfall of 400 l/m2.
Coming from the oldest vineyards where we pick the best grapes. This lasting wine has been made seeking a powerful structure to be polished with its ageing and reveal its noble origins. Grown on our own vineyards. Manual harvesting. Utmost care and controlled temperature in fermentation to draw out all the varietal aromas. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and another 24 months in bottle to enhance the perfect balance of this wine.
Great depth of its red-cherry colour, clean and vibrant.
Red and black fruit with a light bitter tannin that brings freshness to the long finish of spices and chocolate that leaves the wine on the palate.
