This wine is made from an exclusive selection of clusters of Grenache and a careful and exhaustive winemaking. It is Aged for 14 months in American and French oak barrels and some more months resting in bottle.
The single varietal Grenache from organic farming surprise us with their aromas and flavour, exclusive of a few grape varieties. In the organic farming we have to highlight the formation of microclimate grasses and plants, where the blossom and existance of these stays intimately linked to the flower and berries of the cluster, allowing the wine to dazzle us with the wide nuances below mentioned.
