From vineyards more than 40 years old, in globet training, located in Rioja Alta – San Vicente de la Sonsierra, Briones and San Asensio-, at the foot of Sierra Cantabria. With the experience given in the vine farming by more than 8 generations, this wine is made with the indigenous grape, Tempranillo. Sustainable farming and manual harvest.
Aged for 24 months in American oak barrels and another 12 months resting in bottle.
Red colour with a brick-red rim, clean and vibrant.
Red and black fruits on the palate with slightly bitter tannins that provide freshness to the chocolaty, spicy long finish.
Game, red meats, “haute cuissine” fish and all kind of stews.
