We select the very bust clusters, those producing smooth, voluptuous wines, of fine aromas, complex and sweeping palate, intense and long life colours. Manual harvest and sustainable farming.
Carefully picked grapes. Blend of different Tempranillo grapes grown on vineyards that are 50 to 70 years old, over 500 metres above sea level, and influenced by the Atlantic. New American barrels that have never been used and have barely been processed because, as in all other cases, constant field work provides our wines with pleasant tannins. After Ageing in the barrel for 24 months, finish its ageing in the bottle for 12 months, in a special bottle to keep and improve if possible all its properties.
Cherry hues with a brick-red rim, ruby reflections and noticeable legs.
