Vega Vella Blanco 2023 Gran Ecovino de Oro presented at Enoforum 2024

Last week the EnoForum 2024 congress was held at Feria Zaragoza, organised by Vinidea and Excell Ibérica. Within its programme there was a tasting with the Great Gold Ecovinos of the XV Ecovino Awards as protagonists, among them our Vega Vella Blanco 2023.

With the only clue that they were all organic wines awarded by the jury of the 15th Ecovino Awards, those present, based only on organoleptic aspects, blind tasted the wines, trying to find out varieties, wine-growing regions, vintages, prices and other concepts.

After this first phase, the three people who best recognised the wines tasted blind competed again in front of the FOSS electronic rapid analysis equipment and with physico-chemical parameters: alcohol content, hydrogen potential (pH), etc.

The participants highlighted the quality of the organic wines tasted and rated very positively the dynamics of the tasting organised by FOSS and Laboratorios Excell Ibérica as ‘very dynamic, original and didactic’.
