Bodegas Cornelio Dinastía triumphs at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles winning 8 medals, including two “Grand Gold” medals

Bodegas Cornelio Dinastía has shone with its own light at the latest edition of the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, one of the most important international competitions in its category. Eight of its wines have stood out among the 7,300 samples from almost 40 countries tasted by a panel of wine experts from all over the world.

Both Cornelio Gran Duque 2016 and Vega Vella S.Top 2015 received the distinction of “Gran Medalla de Oro”, the highest possible award. In this way, the winery has seen its two ranges awarded. On the one hand, one of its star wines within the Cornelio range, made in the Rioja Alta area respecting the typicality and essence of its land. And on the other, a Vega Vella, its commitment to organic viticulture and varietal purity, a range of organic wines made with grapes from Rioja Oriental.

The “Gold” went to one of their latest creations: Terra Vella Petra 2017, a genuine wine that has entered in style to form part of the extensive collection of Bodegas Cornelio Dinastía.

And finally, five Platas were designated for their wines Cornelio Emperador Reserva 2017, Cornelio Imperial Autor 2018, Vega Vella Crianza 2017, Vega Vella Reserva 2014 and Vega Vella Graciano 2019.

Once again, the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles becomes a revealing showcase of the latest trends and changes in the wine world. The evaluation process for each sample is one of the most rigorous in existence, ensuring that those who win the medals obtain an indisputable seal of quality.
