Prepared according to the traclitional method in order to ensure maximum respect for the qualities of each variety. Aged for 12 months in barrels of American and French oak, followed by a suitable period of bottle-ageing.

Intense aroma of ripe, dark fruits, allied with compote, leather, a hint of toast and a touch of spice.
An abundant presence of dark fruits and spices, which give way to flavours of dark chocolate and toast. It is a complex wine, due to the combination of the unique qualities of each grape variety.
Barbecued meats, wood-roasted meats, stews, game and meaty and spicy dishes.
