Our wines at the Caixabank event with the Echapresto brothers

Last Tuesday we were invited to an event organized by CaixaBank in which the Echapresto brothers gave a talk about their beginnings and how they have managed to get their restaurant with two Michelin stars to be visited almost daily by diners from all countries.

After some demonstrations of new culinary techniques, taught by the masters, using fermentations from red claudia plum to walnut as a base, we tasted some appetizers, accompanied by our wine, Cornelio Imperial Autor JM awarded Best in Show at Decanter World Wine Awards and 97 platinum points.
