YOUNG WINE

Freshness, spicy carbon dioxide sensation, aromas, floral and fruity flavour.

This wine can be bottled after fermentation. It always comes from vineyards that are included in the list of Denominación de Origen Calificada Rioja.

CRIANZA WINE

The ageing will be of at least two years, starting October 1 of the vintage year. The wines are subjected to the traditional ageing system in oak barrels of 225 L (59 gallons). This is a continuous process, with no interruption, during a year at least for red wines. The process will be of at least six months for white and rosé wines. This phase is followed by the ageing in the bottle. The beginning of the ageing period of barrel wines could not start counting before December 1 of the vintage year.

The wine is gathered in boxes in our vineyard.
